“On November 11th, I saw an image…what I saw was an ocean or a large body of water. And I could see boats… And there was boats carrying a lot of people, and it seemed as if they were trying to get somewhere quickly or in a certain amount of time. And then I saw a dark cloud of smoke rising from an island or land mass in the water. So I could see this island in the distance and this dark cloud of smoke.
“And then I heard this phrase, I heard the Lord say, ‘An eruption of sorts. A force of nature. A collusion of natural forces at work.’ And then I got this impression that this has something to do…with outside of like the Malaysian waters. So like the country of Malaysia. And I got this impression that it has something to do with something way off the coast of Malaysia or somehow related to that area.
“And then I heard this phrase, ‘Harmony between countries.’ And so the impression I got…means like countries working together to help each other. And then I saw an image immediately after that of the ocean and these islands and stuff. And above that I could see a moth…hovering over high up in the air. And I heard the Lord say, ‘Like an umbrella, people will step in and protect. Those in need will find a refuge in neighboring countries…’ And I believe Trump is represented by that moth. And if y’all haven’t seen all the Trump prophecies I shared before…the Lord used the moth imagery many times to refer to Trump. But then I heard, ‘Trump is going to step in and do something.’ And so the Lord is pointing to two things. He’s pointing to harmony between different countries—different countries stepping in and helping—but then specifically saying that Trump is actually going to step in and do something as well.”
“I got this impression that a year and a half timeline…would have to do with this. We may see something happen earlier than that—I’m also getting that impression. But that year and a half timeline is going to be significant in some way and have something to do with that. And obviously y’all know when I say a year and a half, that’s a general term. And it’s the impression I’m getting, it’s sometime around that.”

Results Summary
During the year and a half timeline, which was all of 2025 and ended approximately spring or early summer 2026, the events that connected most to Troy’s prophetic word was the Thailand-Cambodia border conflict and major developments related to Myanmar’s civil war and refugee crisis. Both events promoted the cooperation of countries in the described region, which are represented by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
Starting with an “eruption” (as described by CNN) of a border war in May 2025, the Thailand-Cambodia 2025 conflict fulfilled most of Troy’s prophetic word. News media credited Trump’s personal intervention as the reason the warring countries came to a ceasefire in late July 2025, and he also oversaw the signing of peace accords at the ASEAN Summit in Malaysia late October 2025. Thailand and Cambodia had another flareup of fighting in December 2025, and Trump and ASEAN nations again pressured them to accept a ceasefire, which has held as of summer 2026. A related event even occurred at the approximate end of Troy’s timeline: In May 2026, the two prime ministers met in-person for the first time since their deadly December conflict to discuss peace between their nations at the spring ASEAN Summit.
“Off the coast of Malaysia” describes the region of the two countries, and Malaysia’s connection to the conflict as the chair of ASEAN for 2025. “Harmony between countries… people will step in and protect… Trump is going to step in and do something” points to both ASEAN’s peacemaking efforts and Trump’s intervention to stop the fighting. The only elements of the word and vision missing are the boat activity and the “force of nature.” The Myanmar refugee boat crisis that took place “off the coast of Malaysia” connects to every element of Troy’s word and timeline, with the one exception that there was no intervention by Trump.

In a rare move, Myanmar’s junta leaders opened the country to receive international aid, and their fellow ASEAN members coordinated a massive aid response as well as search and rescue efforts. Due to the earthquake and continuing civil war, refugees fleeing across the sea to Malaysia on flimsy vessels increased by 152% in the first half of 2025. The deadliest year for Myanmar boat refugees was 2025, with 900 of them reported dead or lost at sea.
The approximate end of Troy’s timeline was marked by two Myanmar-ASEAN related events. First, two refugee boats set sail for Malaysia at the end of June 2026 carrying 500 refugees—they both sank, becoming the most deadly Myanmar boat refugee event. Second, in May 2026, ASEAN leaders took the first steps to reconnect Myanmar to the ASEAN organization. ASEAN leaders barred Myanmar’s involvement in the organization after the 2021 coup. In January 2026, Myanmar’s military junta completed the first general elections since the coup. Although the elections were called a sham by many, the attempts at legitimization caught the attention of some ASEAN leaders. Skeptical of the elections and still critical of human rights abuses, ASEAN leaders discussed the Myanmar situation at the spring 2026 ASEAN Summit, and ended up scheduling virtual meetings with Myanmar’s foreign ministers. Many saw this as ASEAN’s first steps to normalize the new ruling party of Myanmar and reintroduce the country to ASEAN involvement.

Troy shared this prophecy January 15th, 2025, so the approximate year and a half timeline extended over 2025 and ended around the spring and early summer of 2026. Over that time, serious man-made conflicts and natural disasters occurred in the region Troy described, and the events promoted the cooperation of countries in the area as well as the intervention of President Donald Trump. Many of the events involved the Association of Southeast Asian Countries (ASEAN)—the 11-member organization focused on economic cooperation between nations in the region.
Section 1 – Thailand-Cambodia Conflict and Trump at ASEAN Summit
On May 28th, 2025, tensions between Thailand and Cambodia—Malaysia’s next door neighbors and fellow ASEAN members— “erupted” (as described by CNN) into the worst conflict in Southeast Asia in over a decade. Although long-time rivals, the countries had not fought over their disputed border since 2011. Five times as deadly as their last clash, the 2025 border conflict killed over 100 people and displaced hundreds of thousands of civilians. In late July, it escalated to fighting at 12 border points. At that time, Malaysia and China called for an immediate ceasefire. However, the countries were not swayed until President Trump intervened on July 26th by calling Thailand’s leader. After U.S. involvement, the warring prime ministers met in Malaysia on July 28th and agreed to a ceasefire. Malaysia and the United States then helped broker an enhanced peace agreement between the rival nations. On October 26th, Malaysia—as the year’s chair of ASEAN—hosted the biannual ASEAN Summit. The peacemaking work culminated at the summit with Thailand and Cambodia’s prime ministers signing peace accords, and Trump and Malaysia’s prime minister were present and signed as witnesses. Weeks later, Thai soldiers were injured by a landmine along the border, which restarted the fighting on December 8th. With more diplomatic efforts from the U.S. as well as China, the countries reached a ceasefire on December 27th, with Trump publicly urging them to implement the tenets of their peace accord. Matching Troy’s vision of people hurriedly traveling by boat, a boat refugee crisis worsened in 2025 off the coast of Malaysia. Due to a military takeover in 2021, ASEAN member Myanmar has a protracted civil war and refugee crisis. An extreme 7.7-magnitude earthquake devastated Myanmar on March 28th, 2025. In a rare move, Myanmar’s junta leaders opened the country to receive international aid, and their fellow ASEAN members coordinated a massive aid response, headed up by Malaysia, as well as search and rescue efforts. Because of the earthquake and continued fighting, worsening conditions caused refugee maritime movements to increase by 153% in the first half of 2025. The persecuted Rohingya minority made up the majority of refugees that risked the dangerous sea routes in flimsy vessels. Boat activity slowed in the second half of the year, so 2025 did have fewer refugees fleeing by sea compared to the record number in 2024. However, the crisis saw record deaths during the prophecy’s timeline, with the U.N. declaring 2025 the “deadliest year” for Rohingya boat refugees, as 900 were reported dead or missing at sea. One deadly event that reached global news headlines was a boat carrying 300 that sank on November 9th, 2025. In 2026, approximately at the end of Troy’s timeline, two boats that set sail late June sank carrying 500 people. 300 refugees were already reported dead or missing at sea in 2026 before the July reports of the two boat capsizings.
There was limited ASEAN cooperation to address the Rohingya refugee crisis. Mainly, ASEAN members continued to withhold Myanmar’s membership until their leadership displayed a better human rights record. On November 24th, 2025, the Trump administration ended the temporary protection status of Myanmar refugees in the U.S., with Secretary Noem citing upcoming “free and fair elections” and “successful ceasefire agreements” in Myanmar to support her decision. Then in January 2026, tiring of the Rohingya refugee crisis, Malaysia implemented a refugee registration system and started planning more deportations. On July 23rd, 2026, Myanmar finally agreed to receive 5,000 refugees back from Malaysia by boat. These announcements were highly criticized by the U.N. and Human Rights Watch.
