1. Troy, thank you, for being used by God, to speak God’s Truth in our lives. I know God has a calling on my life that I am not fully aware. I feel the enemy is doing whatever he can to keep me from getting there-health issues, insomnia, negativity, and lots of stress, at my new job. I feel like God is helping me, but it’s slow. You said something about seeing yourself different or better than others. I am a receptionist in a memory care facility, where the residents are up front, where I am, for activities and all. Sometimes I am the only one there watching many dementia residents, while needing to do secretarial work, but answer the door and keep people from falling. My struggle is with caregivers who are up front. They are up front to help, but have their head down coloring or ignoring the needs or excusing not helping because those residents aren’t theirs, and then I get upset. You said something that made me realize I need to pray for them and ask God for wisdom to know what to do in this situation.
   Sometimes I feel I am stretched with too many demands . I am a 64 year old widow with health issues, who loves God, but struggles with getting my quiet time, because of fatigue. So thank you for obeying God in what You are saying.

     Thank you for your encouragement and for sharing this story! I will be sure Troy reads it. I want to encourage you that “quiet time,” does not always have to look like a strict routine. The Lord is always wanting to speak to you and be present with you! I pray you do make that time throughout the day to sit still in His presence and to read His Word. I pray that Lord brings you wisdom for your job, and a deep rest in Him.
