Spain Wins the 2026 World Cup

"I heard the word, 'Trafalgar.' And then I heard, 'A Spanish name. A Spanish tribute. A trophy. A troubadour.'"


"And then I heard, 'A willing heart. The pushing all the way to the last breath, all the way to the end of the line. They never saw it coming. A breaking open into the space after a strong completion following a setback. A sudden movement forward. A national pride coming out of this.' Then I heard, '"He's one of ours," they will say.'"


"And then I heard, 'He is going to light souls of his country on fire.' Then I heard, 'A final display, a final action. A "rite of passage" into the big leagues—the famous players of the time.'"


"If this is referring to the World Cup, which I'm not saying that it is because the Lord did not mention the World Cup. I did not see World Cup imagery. But what makes me think it might be referring to that are some of the phrases—like a trophy, the big leagues, famous players of the time, things like that, right? And this person that's going to be pushing to the end, and this national pride coming out of this moment, right?"


"A troubadour refers to a traveling poet or singer, way back in medieval times. And it actually was all through, I think, northern Europe, one of the places being Spain, but also other countries as well. But it was somebody who was singing almost folklike songs. So, when I'm looking at this, I'm thinking, well, that could refer to like a ballad or a folk song about a hero, right? So, it could just be that national pride element."

When Troy shared this word on July 10th, 2026, there were still seven teams in the World Cup quarterfinals. Hours after Troy released this prophecy, Spain eliminated Belgium in their scheduled match later that same day (Troy's livestream ended around 11am CDT, and the match began at 2pm CDT).


Over the next week of games, all teams were eliminated except for Spain and the defending champion Argentina who faced off in the final on July 19th. Tied zero to zero after 90 minutes, the game went into overtime. Spain finally scored at the 106 minute mark, winning the grueling 120 minute long game and taking home the World Cup trophy for the country's second time.


Many of Troy's phrases such as "He is going to light souls of his country on fire. A final display, a final action... a 'rite of passage' into the big leagues" could refer to Ferran Torres—Spain's forward who scored the one and only goal near the end of the match, joining the elite few players that have scored the winning goal for the World Cup championship. Spain's win, of course, ignited massive "national pride," as two million people filled the streets of Madrid to welcome back their winning team on July 20th. Torres even wore a "Make Spain Great Again" hat in the victory parade. Torres is also fully of Spanish heritage—at a time when many European football leagues have more foreign nationals than domestic players—connecting to the "He's one of ours" phrase.


The phrase "A willing heart...breaking open into the space after a strong completion following a setback" connects to Torres experiencing a setback early on in the World Cup. As explained in an article titled "Torres overcomes doubt to become Spain hero," Torres lost his starting position after a disapointing first match. He also experienced a massive setback in his sports career only a few years ago, going through a rough season he described as a "bottomless pit" and "collapse" from which he employed the help of psychologist to overcome. Troy's description of a troubadour singing "folklike" songs "about a hero" connect to articles describing Torres as Spain's hero and new member of Spain's folklore.


Cape Trafalgar is located in Spain, where France and Spain faced off against England's navy in 1805 at the world-changing Battle of Trafalgar. Argentina was present at the battle, too—Spain's ships had officers and crewman who were from their colony that eventually became Argentina. Which means the final four World Cup finalists had roles in the Battle of Trafalgar: Spain, Argentina, England, and France.

Trump "Auctioning Off" Public Land

"The Lord said this about President Donald Trump. It's a short message, but He said, 'Trump is about to auction off a section of the United States... A rationing effect. He will "auction" it in a way that creates a rift in many families and futures.' And then I heard, 'A territorial control. A level of authority.'


"Then I heard, 'Many won't be happy about this. They will balk and stomp their feet and raise their fists.' But I heard, 'I am moving. Yes, even in this.'"

Two weeks after Troy shared this prophetic word, President Trump reduced the size of two national monuments by 90%, thus opening up over three million acres of public land to use and development. With two proclamations released on July 13th, 2026, Trump cut the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument down from 1.87 million acres to 181,500 and the Bears Ears National Monument from 1.36 million acres to 121,100 acres.


Those in favor called the resizing appropriate because the Antiques Act requires "monument designations..to be the smallest area as possible to protect the antiquities." The proclamations also promise this: "The specific landmarks, structures, and objects of historic and scientific interest that the...monuments safeguard will continue to be protected, while the surrounding lands not relevant...will now be available for multiple-use, sustained-yield management."


Under Clinton and then Obama, these public lands in Utah were designated as national monuments and thus barred from almost any use. Trump's administration criticized the monument declarations as a "massive land grab" and an "overreach and abuse of the Antiquities act...used to restrict the uses of America's public lands." Utah officials have long campaigned for more control over these federal lands, and the Utah governor celebrated next to Trump on July 13th, stating, "This is a big day for Utah."


Critics argued that the land considered sacred to five Native American tribes will now be desecrated by coal and uranium mines, calling Trump's proclamation a "wholesale disposal of treasured landscapes for commercial gain," while tribal leaders called the news "heart-breaking." New mining activity is very likely, as both Trump and Utah officials have expressed interest in tapping the lands for national resources.

Three-Week Prophecy - June 2026

"I'm calling it a three-week prophecy because the Lord said, '24 days from today...' Now, the day I heard that was June 1st. So, it's about two days ago. So, that would be about 21, 22 days from now, about three weeks from the day I'm sharing this.


"This is what I heard, '24 days from today, walls come crashing down. The barricade, the fortress-like structure.' And then I heard, 'A barricade removed and broken into. In 24 days or so, another wall of Jericho moment is happening. Watch and see.' So when I heard that phrase, another wall of Jericho moment is happening, I knew the Lord was speaking metaphorically or symbolically."


"Then I heard, 'The insides spill out, spill forth and show what it is they are made of.' What I'm hearing right now about this, just it's like an impression that I'm getting right now, is that this is going to get very complicated very quickly... Not an easy thing to sort out or sort through or even understand politically speaking, or when it comes to how society views things. There are going to be people that want to take sides very quickly on this, and I just I hear that phrase "watch and see" and slow and steady when it comes to which side you're willing to take."


"And then I heard, 'In a hurry. A strange fascinating, occurrence.' In a hurry—and I believe the Lord's talking about how rapid things begin to occur... And I got this impression earlier today about it. Some people are going to care a whole lot about this issue. But it might not get the coverage that it deserves, but it's critical. It's a critical issue."


"So I know it's a word from the Lord, but do I know where what country He's talking about, what nation, what people? I don't know. This is what I've heard. We see in part, we hear in part... And I believe there's going to be something very obvious that happens."

Exactly three weeks after Troy shared this word, powerful twin earthquakes devastated Venezuela on June 24th, 2026. The 7.2 and 7.5 magnitude earthquakes struck less than a minute apart—the strongest earthquake activity in the country for over a century. The earthquakes leveled buildings across the country, including in the capital Caracas, killing 4,829 people and injuring 16,740, according to government figures. One of the hardest regions hit was observing the San Juan Bautista festival—a June 24th Santeria celebration that blends John the Baptist with an African god named Oshun—and a viral video showed celebrators chanting “the earth trembles” right before the earthquakes struck.


The situation surrounding Venezuela became politically complicated for several reasons. First, the day after the earthquakes, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of Trump’s actions to end deportation protections for hundreds of thousands of Syrians and Haitians, as well as Trump’s plan to curb the number of refugees processed at the southern border. These actions could directly affect Venezuelan refugees, because many Syrians and Haitians fled to the U.S. after recent similar earthquake disasters. Venezuela already had the largest refugee crisis in the Americas, and the court rulings could halt new Venezuelan refugees seeking safe haven in the States. Second, with Trump recently defunding USAID and also capturing Venezuela’s dictator, many questioned what kind of aid the U.S. government would be willing and able to send to Venezuela. Articles expressed concern over the U.S. disaster relief as well as the few sanctions that still remain on Venezuela. However, it appears the U.S. was able to provide crucial aid during the crisis. Finally, for the weeks after the earthquakes, opposition to Venezuela’s government pushed for fair elections to be held and for the release of hundreds of political prisoners. Hundreds of protestors marched the streets of Caracas, and the banned opposition leader María Machado unsuccessfully tried to reenter the country. The current government criticized the opposition for taking advantage of the disaster, but the opposition criticized the government for using the devastation as an excuse to not schedule the elections the people of Venezuela are demanding.


“Wall of Jericho moment” seems to be a metaphor pointing to the capture of Madura six months before the earthquake devastation. In the Bible, the spies from Israel infiltrate the walled city of Jericho and are able to escape unscathed, and then later the walls of Jericho fall down in a miracle. The U.S. military infiltrated Venezuela and escaped with Madura, and so the earthquake appears to connect to that Biblical imagery. This mirroring of events does not mean that the earthquakes were a positive event—far from it, they were a terrible disaster, and Troy urged people to pray for the Venezuelans effected in his initial response to this prophecy fulfillment. If anything positive does come from the earthquakes, it could be that the "barricade removed and broken into" phrase points to a weakening of the socialist regime still in power in that country. “In a hurry. A strange, fascinating occurrence” connects to the rare twin-quake phenomena occurring seconds apart. “The insides spill out” and related phrases connect to the political turmoil laid bare and worsened by the earthquakes.

Assasination Attempt Disclosure - Butler, PA

"This is May 13th; this is what I heard. This is some words of knowledge have to do with an assassination attempt. Has to do with the disclosure coming... So I heard, 'The files are finally coming out. The cover up.' And then I heard, 'The assassination attempt. The reason why. The reason behind it all is being uncovered. A great mystery solved in a day. A day of wonder and exploration.' So the impression I got was not that this would be a great mystery that was being solved on the day, but it's referring to solved in the sense of it was known but it's being disclosed, right? The day of disclosure is people are going, ah, I see what happened there.


"Then I heard, 'The failure that launched an initiative to remove the standing presidential leader from office. A conspiracy long known by some but not treated with much weight, not given much credibility.' Then I heard, 'A weight to carry. A lot of things undone on the day it all comes out.' And then I heard this—and the impression I got was that this would have something to do with the next month and a half, around that timeline. And then I heard, 'A conspiracy uncovered and made known for all to see.'


"And then I got this impression...this reminder, and I believe it was from the Lord, of like the JFK files, right? And I know we saw...a lot of that stuff get dropped. And the impression was that, there'd be at least an aspect of this that would be alluding to that or related to that kind of situation. So I don't know if the Lord's talking about more JFK stuff that's supposed to come out. I don't know if He's talking about stuff related to some of the attempts on President Trump's life possibly, or maybe a different president altogether. The Lord did not give me a specific name of the person He's talking about... He did give me obviously a timeline, a general timeline of when this is going to be taking place."


"I did hear this earlier today... I heard the phrase, 'There has been a weighty cover up involved in all this.' And I got this this impression that what is coming to light, an aspect of this that was covered up and censored is coming out into the open. And that people are going to be mad about the cover-up aspect of it. And then I heard this phrase, 'The season of disclosure.'"

On June 5th, 2026—about a month after Troy heard this prophecy and a week after he shared it publicly—watchdog group Judicial Watch revealed new information on the Butler, PA assassination attempt of Donald Trump. 48 heavily redacted pages from FBI records were newly released thanks to Judicial Watch's Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.


The redacted pages revealed that a Butler County Sheriff's deputy received emails from Thomas Crooks before the assassination attempt. The documents reference an interview where a female deputy says Crooks sent two emails to her, but the subject matter of the emails was redacted. It is unclear if the deputy responded to the emails or not. The Butler County Sheriff has maintained that there was no contact with Crooks.


Another new detail revealed was that Crooks had in his pocket "a gray remote device equipped with numerical push buttons and an antenna" along with his cell phone. These were recovered by a Washington County SWAT officer searching Crooks's body. The released files include a medic's account of what she saw that day, the finding of the gray device and how it was inspected by a bomb squad, as well as her involvement in examining Crook's body.


Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said these records raise additional questions about the assassination attempt. Fitton stated, "Our federal lawsuit continues to force the release of new information from the assassination attempt at the Butler rally... The American people deserve full transparency about Thomas Crooks, his contacts, and why key details about this case remain hidden."

AI Released to the Public Predicted: Spring 2023

"I heard the Holy Spirit say, 'They're making machines to replace humans. Around this time next year, they will start pushing them to the general public.'"

Eight months after Troy's prophecy, ChatGPT was released on November 30th, 2022, making advanced AI available to the general public for the first time. ChatGPT became the fastest-growing consumer application in history, reaching 100 million users in two months with its accessible chat interface. This spurred on competitors to release their own chatbots in spring of 2023.


On March 14th, 2023—exactly one year from the day Troy shared this prophecy—Anthropic released their first public AI chat model, Claude I, to rival OpenAI's ChatGPT. Also on the same day, the next version of ChatGPT released, GPT-4, with new capabilities and significantly improved reasoning. Two other tech giants released their own publicly-accessible AI chatbots around the same time. On March 21st, Google released Bard, which later versions would be called Gemini. On February 24th, Meta released LLaMA 1.


To highlight how Troy's prophecy—released on March 14th, 2022—was truly predictive, it's important to know that none of these tech giants announced these coming chatbots ahead of their releases. Each chatbot was released on the day it was first announced. The only exception was Google, who made an announcement about Bard only one month before its release.

Sign of War in January 2022

"This is what I saw in the spirit. This was back on September 11th. I was seeing a missile heading down toward the land from high up in the air. So this is a prophetic vision I received, and I was looking from the above view, so I could see the land below this missile. And then I saw this second vision, and I saw this underwater digger, like a machine that was digging into the dirt under the water. And I saw the ocean sand with these underwater lights all around it set up so people could see what they were doing. And I saw as this machine started to pull up, these big metal tubes out of the ground under the ocean, and then many of them were pulled up.


"And then I heard the Holy Spirit say, 'Digging up the past...' He said, 'Some of the things that happened a year after you were born are going to be raked back over the coals again.' So I was born in 1989, so He would be speaking about 1990. And then I got this impression immediately after that, that this was going to have something to do with the history between the United States and another country.


"So I did some research, and I looked up 1990's war, and I found the Persian Gulf War, also called Gulf War, from 1990 to 1991. And what I found said it was an international conflict triggered by Iraq's invasion of Kuwait on August 2, 1990.


"And then I heard the Holy Spirit say this, He said, 'Unsettling reports and unrest.' Then He said, 'By January of this next year.' So I know that something is going to happen by January of 2022. I believe that that's the year He's talking about, where there's going to be unsettling reports and unrest happening, between what i believe—and this is partially my interpretation of this word now—is going to be between the U.S. and one of these countries involved: Iraq or Kuwait or somebody that was involved in this Persian Gulf War."

"Unsettling reports and unrest" came in January 2022 involving a Russia and Ukraine conflict that has it's roots in the year 1990.


On January 5th, 2022, Russia began evacuating all its embassy personal from the capital of Ukraine, causing many to worryingly speculate what Putin was planning. On January 11th, Ukraine's Defense Ministry published a report warning that Russia's buildup of military forces that could be used to attack Ukraine was "almost complete," including 36 Iskander missile launchers and over 100 thousand troops near the border. The report came a week after the U.S. Secretary of State failed to get Russia to agree to a diplomatic resolution. The report warned that part of Russia's plans were "aimed at limiting the capabilities of the United States." Unsettling reports and signs of unrest continued on January 20th, when the Atlantic Council published an analysis stating that Russia was "setting the conditions to execute a multi-domain attack on Ukraine." Their analysis pointed to a January 15th report on Russia-backed hacking operations of Ukrainian government websites. The Atlantic Council also warned that a Russia and Belarus large-scale joint military exercise—announced on January 18th—could be used as cover for a coming attack on Ukraine. The Washington Institute released an article on January 23rd, stating, "We may be about to see a Russian version of Desert Storm in Ukraine." The article explained how Moscow had studied Desert Storm intently for years, and it predicted that the tactics learned were about to be used by Russia in an invasion of Ukraine, and stated that Russia had already started the first steps with their cyberattacks. On January 27th, The New York Times released a map showing an enormous military buildup surrounding Ukraine and warned of a possible invasion. And on January 31st, at the United Nations Security Council, the U.S. blasted Russia for the buildup and accused Putin of "preparing to conduct offensive action into Ukraine." All these warnings proved truthful when Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24th, 2022.


The "1990" connection has to do with how Russia lost ownership of Crimea, Donbas, and the other regions that Putin is fighting to annex again. Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union, but a peaceful revolution occurred around the year 1990 that allowed it to become independent—at the same time that the Soviet Union lost the Cold War against the United States and dissolved. In July 1989, the Ukrainian revolution began with the forming of the People's Movement of Ukraine. The year 1990 saw the bulk of the movement's protests, including its largest demonstration: a human chain of 3 million people stretching across the entire country. In 1991, Ukraine declared itself independent from the Soviet Union.


This conflict involves "the history between the U.S. and another country" for two reasons: one, the U.S. involvement in the Cold War and the eventual collapse of the Soviet Union, and two, the Ukraine War has been repeatedly referred to as a "proxy war" for the U.S. and Russia. One possible connection to Troy's vision is in the references to the "ocean" and "beaches" connected to a history getting dug back up. Controlling the Crimea Peninsula is a major goal behind Russia's attacks on Ukraine because it has a crucially important warm-water port that gives Russia dominance in the Black Sea. Missiles of course have also been used extensively in the war against Ukraine.


The Ukraine War does have some small connections to the Gulf War that started in 1990. First, out of all the Gulf countries, Kuwait most strongly condemned Russia and supported Ukraine. Kuwait's stance came directly from its experience in the Gulf War, when its neighbor invaded them in similar fashion. The second connection was already outlined above, with Russia studying Desert Storm (Desert Storm was the U.S. military operation during the Gulf War) and applying it in their invasion of Ukraine.


What Troy specifically heard from the Holy Spirit proved to be an accurate prophetic word. However, Troy wrongly interpreted "1990" as a connection to the Gulf War, and so he assumed that the country involved would be one directly involved in the Gulf War. As he stated in the video, this part was his interpretation of the word, not part of the prophetic word itself.


For full transparency, the first signs of Russia's final buildup before the invasion began in November of 2021 (Troy said in the video that he heard the word on September 11th, 2021). Regardless, since there had been buildups and deescalations before, the February 2022 invasion was still widely considered a surprise.

Southeast Asia Oil Boom

2020-09-10

"I heard this second phrase... It said, 'But there's going to be an oil boom in Southeast Asia next year.'"

This prophetic word was presented alongside a separate prophetic word about Russian oil prices skyrocketing in November 2020, as well as an accompanying prophetic vision about events that would cause fear for many in the U.S. starting in November 2020. Those words were fulfilled—see the entry "Russian Oil Price Spike" to read the details and fulfillment.


The "Southeast Asia Oil Boom" did occur, but not in the timeline given. In 2021, oil production in South East Asia continued to decline, as it had since 2019. No major fossil fuel discoveries occurred in the region that year, and predictions said oil production in the region would continue declining for years to come. However, in 2024, news articles described "Southeast Asia's oil and gas boom," as that year saw major new reserve discoveries, increased investment, and an energy shift toward natural gas. Mtaylasia and Indonesia were the largest contributors to the "boom" that defied earlier predictions.


The only notable event that occurred within 2021 was a major explosion at one of Indonesia's largest oil refineries. Mostly likely caused by lightening strikes igniting oil storage tanks, the West Java explosion damaged hundreds of homes, caused an evacuation of 1,000 residents, burned six people, and indirectly caused the death of one man.


In summary, Troy believes he got the timeline on this word wrong. There is a small possibility the word was supposed to refer to the major refinery explosion, but if that was the case then the word was shared incorrectly, as pairing it with a word about "Russian oil prices" heavily implied an economic result. It's most likely the content of the word was about the coming surprise oil production boom in Southeast Asia, and that Troy simply heard and shared inaccurately about the timing.

Irish Beheading Attempt and Riots

"The Lord said, 'Sunday, Bloody Sunday. A resurgence in the news.' I looked this up and I remembered it was a U2 song that had that line. It was a 1983 song that they sung about a 1972 massacre of protestors by British soldiers. It had to do with the Northern Ireland conflict. The song was about the cycle of violence ending and calling for peace."


"I did see after that a vision of Bono, and I saw Ireland and I saw conflict taking place. And I don't know if the Lord's specifically saying something is going to happen in Ireland, or if its going to have more to do with a resurgence of that song."


"But the next thing I heard was, 'An Irish slaughterhouse.' That word's probably, hopefully a metaphor for something. But then I heard, 'Filmed and put on national news. A resurgence of past regret and ultimatum.' And then I heard, 'Untidy outcome. A mess started long ago, decades apart, come back to haunt a people and their civilian culture.' Then I heard the phrase, 'I will bring restitution and reconciliation, but it takes time.' So I believe the Lord's heart for the people in Ireland is freedom from oppression and coming back to the heart of the Lord even as a nation and as individuals."

Less than three months later, on June 8th, 2026, an asylum-seeking Sudanese man brutally knifed a native Irishman—in what looked to be an attempted beheading—and the graphic video of this attack went viral online. The following day, protests and clashes with police broke out in Belfast, Northern Ireland, where the attack took place. Groups of Irishman covered their faces, clashed with police, and began catching fire to immigrant housing across Belfast. Establishment media framed this as violent rioters politicizing the attempted murder. Right-wing commentators pointed to a string of violent crimes committed by immigrants, two-tier policing by the government, and replacement-level migration from third-world Muslim nations as the real culprits of the unrest.


This attack and the resulting riots took place in Northern Ireland, the same country the events of "Bloody Sunday" occurred. Opinion pieces even compared the current unrest to "The Troubles," which was a decades long conflict in Northern Ireland that included Bloody Sunday.

Reform and Restore Winning U.K. Local Elections Predicted

"I have a prophetic word from the Lord about the U.K... The Lord did not speak about the exact timing, but within the context of the UK is having, I believe, local elections coming up this week. I think it's Thursday, May 7th, that that's going to take place... I believe in the context of the timing that God has shared it with me that it probably applies to the these next elections that are coming up, but I cannot say that for certain. Either way, I know the Lord is making some pretty clear promises about changes coming to the U.K... I'm not going to try to interpret it too much because honestly I don't know very much about the U.K., the government there, the elections, all of that, the different parties. I will say this much: I did know before I heard this word that there was a party named Reform, and I did know there was a party named Restore."


"April 20th, I heard, 'A step in the right direction in the U.K. leadership is coming. A complete and total shift. An upending of global leadership.' And so I believe that...global leadership applies more than just the U.K., but the Lord's doing something more general. And then I heard, 'The swaths in motion, on their way out the back door.' And then I heard, 'A climbing motion, on their way up. I will restore what needs to be restored, but in this case, they will not win the majority. They will be a major player in ways unexpected by those in leadership.' And so the Lord's used that term 'restore.' Obviously that's the name of one of the parties. He also uses the term 'reform' here in a second."


"And then He said, 'Yes, things are changing, but the leadership that is needed will still be lacking. They won't push all the way over, though some believe that they will eventually.' Then I heard, 'Yet even still, I am coming to make right some things, many things that have been wrong for a long time.' Then I heard, 'Remind the people that I know what I am doing and I can still work through the incompetence and the lack of full conviction from some who win. Those without full resolve will still be made to complete the job as much as is needed.' And then I heard, 'I'm kneading the dough right now, and the rise is on is on its way, but it's not the full rise you're looking for.


"Then I heard, 'Reform is a token victory, yet it will mean change.' And then I heard, 'Mass appeal. I am able to work through it. Don't be afraid to stand up for those halfway to the goal, halfway to the finish line.' And I just I hear the Lord saying this phrase right now, 'Some people are saying it's all or nothing.' And the Lord is responding to that. That phrase, it's all or nothing this time around. I hear the Lord saying, 'Yes, I want you to go all in, but meet them halfway if you have to.' And I don't know exactly how this is going to apply. Y'all can pray about it if you live in the U.K. Then I heard this, 'Many are praying and waiting. And I'm saying this because some are going to be disappointed with the outcome. And yet, I am letting them know I can still work through it. It is for the good that these things are happening... And I'm going to show you what's next.'"

A week after Troy shared this prophecy, the two right-wing parties Reform and Restore had major victories in the May 2026 local elections in the U.K, which prompted the Prime Minister's resignation. About 5,000 seats on local councils were up for reelection, and the two establishment parties that have controlled the U.K. for 100 years lost a record number of seats. The governing Labour Party lost almost 1,500 seats and lost control of 38 councils, while the opposition Conservative Party lost over 500 seats and lost control of six councils. Reform was the major winner of the local England elections, winning the most seats despite only forming as a party in late 2018. The Restore Party only formed earlier in 2026, and was only backing ten candidates, yet they won all ten races with overwhelming majorities.


"The swaths in motion, on their way out the back door" probably refers to the 2,000 establishment seats lost. The devastating loss of over half Labour's local seats rallied many to call for Prime Minister Keir Starmer to resign. Starmer staunchly refused at first, but then announced his resignation on June 22nd, seemingly fulfilling the "suspending of global leadership" prediction. There are a couple connections to Troy's phrase: "Reform is a token victory, yet it will mean change." The "token victory" could refer to Reform beating out all other parties for total number of local council seats. Token, because although Reform technically has more local seats than any other party, Reform still only controls 14 councils in England, less than Labour's 28 councils and Liberal Democrat's 15. Secondly, "yet it will mean change" most likely refers to how local elections in the U.K. are "seen as a barometer of the national mood, giving voters an opportunity to express their opinions on the current government between general elections," according to CBS. Meaning, this swing away from the establishment parties in local elections could prove to be a major step in changing the national political landscape, and Starmer's resignation was most likely that first major result of the local elections.

Phrases like "lack of full conviction from some who win," "those without full resolve," "Reform is a token victory," "Mass appeal... Don't be afraid to stand up for those halfway to the goal" could all refer to the political dynamic between the right-wing parties Reform and Restore. Reform was founded as an actual right-wing alternative to the very unconservative establishment Conservative Party. Although amassing a large movement of U.K. patriots trying to save their nation from the devastating effects of globalism, unchecked mass migration, and climate-alarmist restrictions, Reform leader Nigel Farage has often been accused of not championing these causes strongly enough and of compromising his most important promises to try and gain more establishment appeal. For example, Farage has attempted not to "alienate" Muslim voters because "we will lose... by 2050," referring to how Muslims are the future projected majority of the U.K.—even though most right-wingers in the U.K. see a coming Muslim majority as something to be prevented not embraced, because for them that would mean a complete loss of their country. With Reform "lacking full resolve," parliamentary member Rupert Lowe founded Restore in early 2026, to be what he believes Reform was supposed to be, after Farage took advantage of false accusations to oust Rupert from Reform for political reasons. In this context, Troy's phrases, "I will restore what needs to be restored, but in this case, they will not win the majority. They will be a major player in ways unexpected by those in leadership," could refer to the beginning rise of the Restore Party. That is yet to be seen, but the prediction of "a step in the right direction in the U.K. leadership" and "Reform is a token victory" were definitely fulfilled by the results of the May 2026 local elections.

Trump and Bibi: Loss of Friendship

"This is April 17th; this is what I heard. The Lord said, 'Bibi'—He's referring to Benjamin Netanyahu, the current leader of Israel. 'Bibi will send Trump a nasty signal... He won't know what it is he's doing. Almost like he was overtaken by another spirit.'"


"'An "act of war" that signals a loss of friendship. A hard road ahead to regain the friendship lost. A purpose to this. A strategy up ahead that is needed in times of war fast approaching.' And then I heard this, and the Lord's bringing a little bit of explanation for why He's allowing this. I heard, 'I am forcing the nation state of Israel to look elsewhere for help in time of need. This will benefit them in the long run. A nation in trouble and looking in external directions, other directions than normal for aid.' And then I heard, 'I will send it'. So that sounds impossible to some people right now. Like, well if the U.S. and Israel are not as tight-knit as they have been in the past, who's going to help? Right? The Lord says, 'I will send it.'


"And then I heard, 'Only then will a reconciliation be made on behalf of the U.S. president.' And I thought it was interesting the way that the Lord stated that. He didn't say on behalf of Trump and Netanyahu. He said on behalf of the U.S. president. So it's possible that He's referring to a reconciliation happening after Trump's second term is over. It could be another U.S. president in place at that point. I don't know. It could be Trump, could be Netanyahu. I'm not sure what the timing is on that aspect of it."

One month after Troy shared this word, news stories began to break revealing a split between Trump and Bibi, as well as what appears to be the prophesied "nasty signal" and "act of war" committed by Bibi "that signals a loss of friendship" between the world leaders.


On June 1st, 2026, Trump had a heated call with Bibi over Israel's escalation with Iran-backed Hezbollah in Lebanon. Israeli leaders have stated their strikes on Hezbollah are simply defensive as the terrorist organization continues to strike Israel. However, reportedly on the call, Trump was concerned with the amount of civilians and buildings being destroyed in Lebanon, but he was mostly angered by the possible implosion of his Iran peace negotiations due to Israel's strikes. Iran had just threatened to end negotiations over Israel's actions in Lebanon. Anonymous sources claimed that Trump called Bibi "crazy" amidst a string of expletives, that Trump made Bibi backdown on a plan to strike Beirut, and that it was the most tense call between them yet. Two days later, Trump confirmed that this call did in fact happen, including that he called Bibi, "[expletive] crazy." After the call, the leaders released slightly conflicting statements about what they had agreed to. Trump claimed that Bibi agreed "not to go into a major raid of Beirut, Lebanon," while Bibi wrote, "I spoke with...Trump...and told him that if Hezbollah does not cease attacking our cities and citizens—Israel will attack terror targets in Beirut."


A week later, the rift between the leaders widened like never before when Bibi directly defied Trump's orders and fired on Iran. On Sunday, June 7th, Hezbollah launched missiles into northern Israel, and Israel retaliated by striking Beirut's southern suburbs. Iran, already threatening to attack Israel if their proxy Hezbollah were to be bombed, followed through on their threat and shot missiles at northern Israel, thus breaking the April 8th ceasefire on the 100th day of Operation Epic Fury. Trump immediately reacted by trying to halt any Israeli retaliation against Iran, telling reporters, "I am going to call Bibi right now and tell him not to retaliate. Each of them had their fun. Israel had its strike [on Hezbollah], and Iran had its strike. We don't need another one." Reportedly, Israel had not coordinated with the U.S. on the Beirut strike, and Trump was "not happy" about it. Then, news outlets reported that a senior U.S. official and an Israeli official anonymously stated that Trump had personally called Bibi on Sunday about not retaliating in order to preserve the ceasefire, and that Trump believed he had persuaded Bibi to stand down. Trump told a reporter that same day, "I call all the shots. Netanyahu doesn't call the shots." However, Israel retaliated anyway, shooting missiles at Iran early Monday morning, June 8th. Iran immediately returned fire, and Trump responded by putting out social media statements demanding both nations to stop. Trump also directly called Bibi Monday morning demanding he stand down. Soon after, both Israel and Iran announced they would suspend their barrages for now, and Trump told reporters this about his Monday morning phone call: "I said, 'Bibi, you better be careful, or you will be on your own very soon.'"


Because Bibi directly went against Trump's request, possibly embarrassing Trump on the world stage, Israel's June 8th retaliatory strikes on Iran was likely the "act of war" that is a "nasty signal" sent by Bibi to Trump which will worsen their friendship.
