"Fire in The Streets" of France, and Government Collapse

"I saw a vision, and what I saw was this globe that had these Christmas trees covered in snow in like a wooded scene... I saw right after that the Eiffel Tower and part of Paris actually in the globe. And then I saw as the Eiffel Tower was falling over. And now this is not a word of knowledge about the tower falling over or something like that, I don't think, but I believe it's symbolic for some of the things the Lord is about to share."

"I heard, 'The glass house is shattering. The tower is toppling. The tall abrasion is tumbling.' An abrasion is something that sticks out and looks uglier, is not supposed to be there. And I believe that that word abrasion and the tumbling of it is actually referring to a few different things. The impression that I'm getting is that it has to do with something tumbling in the governmental structures of France. Something also tumbling in the societal structures. And then also a sign taking place in the physical as well. And then I heard this, 'A time of restructuring, reorganizing.'"

"I heard this word of knowledge about France, 'By this Christmas, France will be in an uproar over a new strategy planned by their government.' And that has to do with the Christmas trees and the snow and the woods in that globe. And then He said, 'It has to do with controlling the will of the people in the digital age.' And then I got this impression...that this would be related to shadow banning. Kind of that idea of companies banning people online without telling them about it. This is not necessarily going to be that exactly but it's going to be related to that in a sense. And then also related to the idea of ignoring the truth and ignoring what the people want.

"Then I heard this phrase, 'Fire in the streets.' When I heard this, March 31st, around that same time there were already riots happening in France. And while I heard this I remembered that, and I looked it up and sure enough there were already things happening. So we've already been seeing things happen this year up to this point. And as soon as I remembered that, I heard the Lord say this next, He said, 'It's going to be worse than that. This is going to be a time of great shaking. Catastrophe.'"

The country-wide protests over French President Emmanuel Macron's pension reforms were already finished when Troy shared this word on May 24th, 2023, but they were eclipsed by literal "fire in the streets" only a month after the prophecy was published. After police killed a teenager of North African descent on June 27th, 2023, migrant communities responded by burning over 1,000 buildings and 500 vehicles in country-wide riots. With riots in full swing, a government press release was widely shared online stating that France was going to restrict internet access in certain areas to stamp down unrest. This press release, which served to enrage rioters and protesters even more, was quickly labelled as a fake document by the French government and several news outlets. Although the press release was almost certainly fake, President Macron did accuse social media companies for playing a "considerable role" in the unrest for not censoring the most inflammatory content, and he called on several social media companies to censor and restrict more of their content.

Stricter digital control came before Christmas, in the form of a digital regulation law titled SREN, which passed in France's parliament on October 17th, 2023. France's digital minister promised the law would "protect citizens, children, and businesses," however proponents of free speech called it a "shameful text" because it criminalized online behavior and removes online anonymity. Besides restricting what can be said and shared on social media, the law could ban the use of VPN's in the country and produce other unintended consequences affecting the world's use of the internet, according to opponents of the law.

After a tumultuous two years for France, headlines across the world read, "French Government Collapses," on December 4th, 2024. After only three months in service, President Macron's appointed Prime Minister was ousted by a vote of no-confidence—a vote that had not occurred since 1962. The ousted Prime Minister ran the government's domestic affairs, putting the country in an even more unstable political position after summer snap elections led to no single group having a majority in parliament.

Tucson Fire and Trump Assassination Connection

"I heard the Lord say, 'Tucson, Arizona. Fire in the hole. A massive slice of living. A fire starter. By this July.'"

"And He said, 'A pacifist will be fighting for survival.'"

"But then I heard, 'Get ready for a changing of seasons. An altering of destinies from top to bottom, from bottom up.'"

On July 11, 2024, the Freeman Fire started just north of Tucson by two lightning strikes. The fire that burned over 32,000 acres required crews from Tucson to battle it. The fire was finally contained on July 18th, 2024.

Interestingly, the time of the Freeman Fire near Tucson framed significant developments concerning former President Donald Trump. The fire started two days before Trump was shot through the ear in an assassination attempt on July 13th. The fire burned through the entirety of the Republic National Convention that officially coronated Trump as a presidential nominee. The fire was finally contained on July 18th, the last day of the RNC, and the day Trump delivered his official acceptance speech. On July 19th, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called Trump for the first time since Trump's presidency, and the two had a friendly conversation. Trump has touted anti-war rhetoric this election season, repeatedly saying he could end the Russia-Ukraine war in a day if he is reelected. A New York Times opinion piece describes how Trump's "America first" platform is in direct opposition to political "war hawks" who promote America's interventionism, conflict funding, and global policing.

Rioter Setting Fire to Himself Prophesied

"I heard the Lord say... 'I see rioters protesting at the capital. Angry they didn't get their way.' Then I heard, 'A mass' as in the masses. 'A mass disruption.' And then I heard this phrase, 'Get in the car and get out of there.' Then I heard, 'A public stunt is going to go wrong.' And then right after that I began to see a vision of rioters in the streets."

"Then I heard, 'A misguided youth surges. A false dichotomy. Discontentment with reality sending people into a rage—a fury—raging about things they cannot change.' Then I heard, 'This will start a public discourse about what is a healthy way to respond to things like this and what is not. What is appropriate.' And the impression I'm getting right now is this discourse about this is going to be taking place within the culture and society, but then secondarily within the church. And then the Lord said, 'The response itself will shake many up and cause them to look at their own way of dealing with the present reality and their own view on the situation.' And then I heard this question, 'Should I be aligned with people like this, they will say to themselves.'

"Then I heard this phrase. Very strange, and this might be a metaphor, but may also refer to something happening as well in real life. But I heard, 'Setting fire to themselves in the process.' So it could be a metaphor of accidentally burning down your own house while you're trying to attack someone else with fire or something like that. It could be a metaphor of that idea... but it it may also be a real physical thing as well. So that's what I heard about the rioting."

Less than a month after Troy released this prophecy, a man set himself on fire during a pro-Palestinian protest outside the White House on October 5th, 2024. The Washington DC protest marked the one-year anniversary of the October 7th attack by Hamas. One of the participants, photojournalist Samuel Mena Jr, lit his left arm on fire near the White House, and videos of his arm burning were posted on X. Police put out the flames transported Mena to a hospital. The Saturday protest was one of many that took place around the U.S. capital from October 5th through the 7th.

Three Important Dates - Israel's Conflicts

"I have a word from the Lord to share with you today and these are three important dates that God gave me."

"The Lord said, 'September 17th.' So that's the day after I'm posting this video. And then He said, 'October 18th through 19th.' And then He said, 'November 20th.' Okay, so this is a 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th. Very interesting, this is four days in a row, but it's three separate months."

"The Lord said, 'Three important dates on the calendar.' And He said, 'Watch each one.' But then He asked me to say the Lord's talking about on or around these dates."

Impactful events concerning Israel's conflicts occured on the dates Troy shared:

On September 17th, 2024, Israeli forces executed a deadly attack on Hezbollah with exploding pagers. Israel planted explosives in Hezbollah's newly purchased pagers, and remotely denoted them, killing at least nine people and injuring nearly 3,000 in Lebanon. Israel and Hezbollah have been trading blows over Hezbollah's support of Hamas since the October 7th, 2023 attacks.

On October 18th, 2024, news broke around the world that the primary Hamas leader and orchestrator of the infamous October 7th attacks, Yahya Sinwar, was killed by Israeli forces. Both Hamas and Israel confirmed Sinwar's death on October 18th.

On October 19th, 2024, the U.S. found out that classified U.S. intelligence—documents outlining Israel's plans of retaliation against Iran—had been leaked online. The same day saw a drone attack on the Israeli Prime Minister's house, a dozen people killed in Gaza by Israeli strikes, Israeli airstrikes against Beirut, and a series of barrages into Israel from Lebanon.

Finally, on November 20th, 2024, the U.S. vetoed a Gaza ceasefire resolution by the United Nations Security Council. The U.S. ambassador's reason for vetoing the ceasefire resolution was because it did not link the release of hostages strongly enough to the ceasefire. The United Nations pushed for a ceasefire due to Israel's six-week offensive against a regrouping Hamas, which stopped virtually all aid from reaching Palestinians in northern Gaza for forty days.

One-Week Prophecy: Government "Rats" Exposed

"I heard the Lord say, 'There's a rat underneath the sink right now, and in the toilets.' And then I got this impression, almost as if He's talking about sinks and toilets in government buildings, kind of a metaphorical imagery. Almost as if the government itself were a house."

"Then I heard this, 'Making changes behind closed doors, behind the scenery, but he's about to get caught.' And I'm just seeing an image of a rat getting caught in a rat trap right now."

Troy then told a story about the night he caught five rats in his old house in the same night.

"I just hear the Lord saying, 'There's going to be a concerted effort similar to that, that this is going to happen swiftly and quickly. And people are going to see it.' And I hear the Holy Spirit saying this... 'I'm putting an eight day timeline on this.' Within eight days people are going to see some of these things happening and some of these things coming out in the news. Then I also heard this last night, the Lord said, 'An uncovering. A general. A major undertaking. A major deal. He's getting uncovered right at this moment.' And then I got the impression that this will surface next week."

"The Lord said, 'There's a rat in hiding.' And then the Lord used the "she" language, the "she" pronoun. He said, 'She's getting uncovered, and restitution will be paid back to those she took advantage of.' The impression I got was, He was saying that specifically because "she" refers to a movement behind this person. That they're not just acting alone. It's not just an individual, but it's what they stand for, and the reasons why they're doing what they're doing."

A little over a week later, President Donald Trump fired five critical employees of FEMA and USAID on February 11th, 2025, in his campaign to cut waste and corruption in government spending.

Within Troy's eight-day timeline, FEMA Chief Financial Officer Mary Comans used $59 million meant for disaster relief for U.S. citizens to pay luxury hotels in New York City to house illegal migrants. On February 10th, Elon Musk exposed the FEMA payment from the week before on social media. The next day, the Department of Homeland Security announced the termination of CFO Mary Comans, as well as three other FEMA employees, for authorizing this payment. From the DHS statement: "FEMA is terminating the employment of four individuals for circumventing leadership to unilaterally make egregious payments for luxury NYC hotels for migrants.... Under President Trump and Secretary Noem’s leadership, DHS will not sit idly and allow deep state activists to undermine the will and safety of the American people."

Also on February 11th, President Trump fired the inspector general of the U.S. Agency for International Development. Since Trump's inauguration, his new Department of Government Efficiency has been exposing wasteful spending by USAID and limiting it's operations. On February 10th, Inspector General Paul Martin issued a report criticizing Trump's gutting of USAID. He was fired the following day.

It is curious to note Troy told a story about catching five rats, and five government employees were let go on the same day.
