One-Week Prophecy: Government "Rats" Exposed

"I heard the Lord say, 'There's a rat underneath the sink right now, and in the toilets.' And then I got this impression, almost as if He's talking about sinks and toilets in government buildings, kind of a metaphorical imagery. Almost as if the government itself were a house."

"Then I heard this, 'Making changes behind closed doors, behind the scenery, but he's about to get caught.' And I'm just seeing an image of a rat getting caught in a rat trap right now."

Troy then told a story about the night he caught five rats in his old house in the same night.

"I just hear the Lord saying, 'There's going to be a concerted effort similar to that, that this is going to happen swiftly and quickly. And people are going to see it.' And I hear the Holy Spirit saying this... 'I'm putting an eight day timeline on this.' Within eight days people are going to see some of these things happening and some of these things coming out in the news. Then I also heard this last night, the Lord said, 'An uncovering. A general. A major undertaking. A major deal. He's getting uncovered right at this moment.' And then I got the impression that this will surface next week."

"The Lord said, 'There's a rat in hiding.' And then the Lord used the "she" language, the "she" pronoun. He said, 'She's getting uncovered, and restitution will be paid back to those she took advantage of.' The impression I got was, He was saying that specifically because "she" refers to a movement behind this person. That they're not just acting alone. It's not just an individual, but it's what they stand for, and the reasons why they're doing what they're doing."

A little over a week later, President Donald Trump fired five critical employees of FEMA and USAID on February 11th, 2025, in his campaign to cut waste and corruption in government spending.

Within Troy's eight-day timeline, FEMA Chief Financial Officer Mary Comans used $59 million meant for disaster relief for U.S. citizens to pay luxury hotels in New York City to house illegal migrants. On February 10th, Elon Musk exposed the FEMA payment from the week before on social media. The next day, the Department of Homeland Security announced the termination of CFO Mary Comans, as well as three other FEMA employees, for authorizing this payment. From the DHS statement: "FEMA is terminating the employment of four individuals for circumventing leadership to unilaterally make egregious payments for luxury NYC hotels for migrants.... Under President Trump and Secretary Noem’s leadership, DHS will not sit idly and allow deep state activists to undermine the will and safety of the American people."

Also on February 11th, President Trump fired the inspector general of the U.S. Agency for International Development. Since Trump's inauguration, his new Department of Government Efficiency has been exposing wasteful spending by USAID and limiting it's operations. On February 10th, Inspector General Paul Martin issued a report criticizing Trump's gutting of USAID. He was fired the following day.

It is curious to note Troy told a story about catching five rats, and five government employees were let go on the same day.
