Does God still do miracles today? Many Christians believe miracles have ceased, but I believe the Bible and the Holy Spirit both tell us a different story. After watching, let me know what you think in the comments.

You say that sometimes we do not receive because we are not acting in the spirit but in the flesh. BUT I cannot help but believe that Peter was in the flesh when he wanted to walk on water. He thought it would be fun to do it. Have you thought about this miracle.
Hi Lowell, yes Peter may have been acting in the flesh in that moment, but that doesn’t mean we should necessarily use that story as an example to follow. You’ll notice that, the story didn’t end the way it started. As soon as Peter took his eyes off of Jesus, he started sinking. The point is that acting in the spirit means we’re following the leading of the Holy Spirit, not the leading of our own hearts. God isn’t against us enjoying our lives, and I believe He wants us to enjoy the gifts of the Spirit too. But we’ll be on a much straighter path if we’re letting Him lead us. I believe that God is also gracious to us as we seek Him. None of us are walking in the spirit all the time, and God has grace for us in those moments. God bless.
